A Rose in Safe Haven Corporation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization facilitated by A.R.I.S.H. LLC., that provides a secure, compassionate, and nurturing environment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
A Rose in Safe Haven improves the lives of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing residential and supported living services. We are dedicated to providing positive living environments where healthy, engaged, empowered people can feel valued, respected, and supported while in our care. Our people can improve their quality of life and take dignity in their independence. We believe that providing opportunities and support for health and wellness, education, and community engagement will help our people reach their full potential and access opportunities to live well.
Having a loving home is critical to practically every aspect of a person’s life. As one of Maryland’s Supportive Family Care Homes, we advocate for the production and preservation of housing opportunities for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We see firsthand how a secure, supportive, and nurturing environment impacts persons with disabilities, their families, and entire communities from productivity in the workplace, great community engagement, greater independence, and overall better health outcomes.
